Company History
Jacqueline “JD” Richards has been in the hair industry for over 20 years. JD is a senior educator and hair stylist for L’Oreal USA, under the Soft Sheen Carson Professional Division for the last 14 years. Her work has graced the boxes of Optimum Relaxer, Dark n Lovely Relaxer, Dark n Lovely Color and numerous hair ads in such magazines as Essence, Ebony, Hype Hair, Black Sophisticates, Jet and others Having a desire to empower others to discover the power of vision. JD dedicates time to ministering the Word of God to women through her gift of exaltation. Her passion is to encourage others to assess themselves, develop their potential, and ultimately reach for the next levels in their personal and professional lives through workshops and speaking engagements. JD is CEO of The Beauty Industry Suites and owner of Expozure Hair Concepts, in which she partners with her husband Lewis. They reside in Chattanooga, TN.
