Rosetta received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of the District of Columbia and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Baldwin Wallace College, Berea, Ohio.  Rosetta’s spiritual gift is administration, and in July 2006, she was designated as a Fellow in Church Business Administration by the National Association of Church Business Administration.
