Since 1995, Tekelia Kelly has been the sole proprietor of For Your Information (FYI), Education and Information Technology Solutions; serving corporate, small office, and home-based businesses; as well as schools, colleges, homes, and individuals in Memphis, Nashville, and Chattanooga, Tennessee. Now under the umbrella of Tekelia C. Kelly Enterprises, LLC, the CEO brings her once Memphis-headquartered business to hometown Chattanooga, Tennessee, with newly added divisions Sisters In Business.Net (SIB) and AYES Career and Development Services.
A full-time Instructional Designer and E-Learning Technology professional still in the corporate world, Tekelia's background also has included being a industrial engineer, project manager, programmer analyst, teacher, business it consultant, and trainer; working for companies such as Federal Express, First Tennessee Bank, Mapco Petroleum, and institutions like University of Tennessee Chattanooga, Chattanooga State Technical Community College and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Tekelia's formal education background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology, with a Business Minor; and Master of Science coursework in Instructional Design and Technology.
A wife and mother of three children, Mrs. Kelly knows well about the world of balancing family and career, and even running a business. Realizing the need for more innovative online and affordable "networking, advertising, marketing, and empowerment" solutions for women in business, she launched Sisters In Business.Net in 2006 offering a business name" strategy.
